When will my order arrive?

You should receive your parcel within 7 days after receiving your shipping confirmation email. Please note: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@gemandbeadmall.net with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Do you ship worldwide?

Right now, we do not offer international shipping.

Returns & Refunds

My items arrived damaged, what do I do?

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@gemandbeadmall.net with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Can I return an item?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

When will my refund arrive?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Am I eligible for a return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions/Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, you can contact us at info@gemandbeadmall.net. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
